Account and registration
Account opening on onetap follows three steps. First, you register with your email, username, mobile number, and a password. Second, we send you a verification link — click it to confirm your email. Third, you upload a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and we verify it, typically within 2–4 hours during business hours. Once verified, your account is active and you can deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer. You do not need to wait for any additional approval — verification happens once, and you keep your account access.
When you register on onetap, we collect your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a chosen username and password. During the verification step, we ask you to upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID — KTP (Indonesian citizen ID), passport, or driver's licence. We use this information to verify your identity and comply with local regulations. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. Click "Submit", and you will receive a ticket number. Our team typically responds within 4 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Jakarta time). Outside business hours, your ticket is queued and we respond the next business day. You can check the status of your ticket anytime by logging back into the help section.
